Third-Party Code of Conduct

Introduction

J & J Spirits SRL, a leading company in the spirits industry, is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of business integrity, human rights, environmental protection, labor standards, and health and safety. This Third-Party Code of Conduct outlines the expectations and requirements for all third parties engaging in business with J & J Spirits SRL.

 

Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Conventions

Third parties must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in their respective countries. In case of conflict between this Code and local legislation, the local legislation shall prevail. Third parties must maintain records demonstrating compliance and provide them upon request.
